"the rooms are very nice with good views. But service fails a lot. Ask for room cleaning and when you come back it has not been done. Also personnel go among different floors with the intercoms at high volume as if it were a construction site with no inhabitants. It is a lack of respect the way employees communicate among them as if they were in the Vietnam War. Intercom should be heard ONLY by them, not by all the guests. "We stayed here with my husband and family, and our experience was truly special. Every time we come back to Recife, we choose this hotel because of the incredible people who work here.
