"Hotel is in a great location with lovely views and is a walkable distance to the theatre. It's a bit tired in places but undergoing renovation and wiĺl be beautiful once finished. Breakfast was amazing with a great choice. Staff all really friendly and helpful, allowing us to drop off bags prior to check-in. Overall a great stay."

"This was the perfect place to stay for seeing Pitlochry. It's within easy walking distance to the town, with lots of dining and ice cream options. Feels like a much higher end hotel/B&B than the cost implies. We regret only staying here 1 night!"

The only minor thing that could be improved would be to increase the size of the breakfast area (maybe let the main restaurant area be used) as the dining room was very crowded and we were lucky to get the last table available. "The hotel once our Sat Nav got us there was very very good. The staff were all lovely and friendly. The room was spacious and beautifully clean with a lovely big bathroom with a full size bath and shower. The breakfast was really lovely again really friendly helpful staff. Our evening meal was also a delight and reasonably priced. My husband bought me a hot stones massage from the Spa for my birthday. It was done by the lovely LJ and was so relaxing. "The hotel is centrally located for the area, and provided a good base for the two days we were there. The hotel is functional and clean, pretty much does what it designed to do."

"The hotel is very unique in it's structure from an old mill. Easy to navigate around the property and outside amenities. The staff, especially at the bar was fantastic and my wife and I were treated well."
