"Love the decor and artwork. Food is good and presented well in the restaurant. Have stayed here several times. This last visit had a group event going on which slowed down the elevators considerably. Otherwise great place to stay."

"The hotel was clean. There was a keurig coffee maker in the room with pods which was nice. Unfortunately the bed was hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise, was a good room."

"This suite is perfectly managed. All furniture is new and well maintained. Entire house is very clean. Location is 1 mile away from the gate of Mt Rainier with a few good restaurants around. The staff are very friendly and considerate. They even stored 3 days’ breakfast in the refrigerator for us. The only issue is that there is no bathroom on the second floor where the bedrooms are. We have to go downstairs for the bathroom at night."

"Clean rooms . Lots of free parking . Excellent location . Cannibal hot tub was a great experience with cold plunge and sauna felt great after long day hiking . All staff were helpful for any questions -would def stay there again !"

"Love the front desk staff. Very accommodating. Love the coffee/tea/water station. Great hot drink machine. We had Rm. 104, 2 years in a row. The torn dirty roll shade was still torn and dirty almost 1 year to the day. There was a big black stain on the carpet in the approach to the bed. Definitely kept my shoes on. On another note, the beds are very comfortable."

"They give you a map of the layout prior to check in and it’s def useful! Take a screenshot of it before the trip since the connection/service is really low and you might not be able to load it on site. Other than that, we had the Hawthorne cabin and it’s reallyyy nice! You get your own jacuzzi and they have the amenities that you’ll need. It was a great time!"

"The room was tiny and modern. I love how clean and well-managed the hotel is! The open-air pool on the fifth floor was a welcome feature. I could not have expected more than a pleasant swim during a sunny September afternoon. A brief walk leads to the Museum of Glass, along with several spots for food and drink. The hotel Wi-Fi presented only a minor problem. I encountered several disconnections in both the room and the lobby during Zoom calls. It’s not something their staff can fix...

"We showed up and they had completely shut down the building, boarded up windows. They never emailed us or messaged us to let us know. We drove all the way and had no accommodations. Awful!"
