"Booked this stay knowing the price was low, so expectations were realistic. The room was clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable, firm and solid, which made for a decent night’s sleep. That said, the room felt very outdated. The shower curtain rod was barely holding on, and the hairdryer looked like it had not been cleaned in decades. "Our room was very clean and inviting. It was also easy to get to the area from the freeway and quiet at night. The Capitol City Grill has excellent food with generous servings. The breakfast was terrific, well worth the money and you can eat in your room. It is also pet friendly with a designated potty area. We'll stay here again when in the area. It has everything we need at a reasonable rate."

"There were people living in their vehicles in the parking lot. They kept going through the garbage cans throughout the night and were very noisey. Our room had multiple holes all over the walls and doors. It was like someone had taken a bat to the room. They had plastered over them but then just left it. Didn't sand the plaster or even repaint them the wall color. We got a non-smoking room with 2 queen beds. The room had definitely been smoked in, and they were not queen size beds. The extra...

"Room was clean enough. Staff was friendly. The blankets and linens were clean. The channels on tv are bare minimum and the quality is bad. Good place to spend 1 night in for the price."

"Hotel room was dirty. Our socks were black from how dirty the floor was. We found pizza crust in our pull out bed. We let the front desk know and they said they’d make note of it and completely ignored my complaint. Stated smoke free hotel but our whole floor smelt like weed and cigarettes. If we didn’t check in so late at night and didn’t have 3 exhausted kids we would have left. Asked for a refund and they are ignoring the request. "
