"Everything was okay up until it was time to check out. Apparently there was an active threat and we had to all get up and go outside. It was very cold and I had just got out of the pool right before getting ready to check out and I feel that if they had better security that may not have happened. Not sure if I would stay there again for my own safety"

"The room was clean & well attained, the staff made you feel welcome and took care of anything you need. We didn't eat there but others there were happy with their meals. We had drinks which were good. Plenty of parking."

"I ask 2 weeks before l checked in for my room to be cleaned real good due to my 15 yr old great grandson having alot of allergies. When we checked in there was a medium trashcan under the kitchen sink running over with trash that had smelly fish and shrimp and a half gallon milk carton with sour milk. Plus the refrigerator didn't cool til 2nd day. I had to clean the bathtub. Sofa pillow was ripped open."

"Parking and check in was easy. The front desk was friendly and prompt. The room was impeccably clean. All of the linens were white. Everything seemed to be wiped down smelled fresh and the air conditioning was great. I’m actually shocked that I paid the price I did. I would’ve thought that a room like that would’ve went for more. I definitely will come back if I’m in the area!"

"I informed them several times that I was exposed to cockroaches. I was promised a refund but haven’t received it. I’ll not be staying here again "

"The room we booked ended up having bed bugs. So my girlfriend and myself are covered in bites. The property manager offered to move us to another room, neither of us felt comfortable so we declined. We did get a full refund though. "

"When walking in it was ok. going To the room was another story. Very musty smell paint on doors were peeling off rust stain in shower coming from grab bar. Water took for ever to get hot then turn to scalding. When you look at the bed it had a huge dip in the middle of the bed. Couldn’t get over the smell. Fire alarms went off at 1am lasting about 15 min on and off. We were then told it was somebody smoking marijuana that made the alarms go off in the building but the next night it didn’t...
