"We had a wonderful stay in Progreso! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. One of the best parts was the beautiful beach view — waking up and seeing the ocean was amazing! "GRAN LUGAR, INMEJORABLE PERSONA, UBICACION, TODO ES PERFECTO, ME ENCANTO LA PERRITA Y LOS GATITOS, ES UN LUGAR HERMOSO Y CALIDO, ENCUENTRAS TODO ALREDEDOR. MARAVILLA."

Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working but was not corrected during our 7 day stay. The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud...

They send home instructions on how to get in. House has no generator so if the electricity goes out in town your without energy in the home and without water. The fridges freezer was dirty like something had exploded inside and was not cleaned . A few of the towels provided had stains, as well as the bed cover. There was...
