"The hotel is clean, busy, kinda has the vibe of Millenials and Gen Z mix. The rooftop pool is nice to sit at, the water is very cool. A quick dip and most people are out! The bar at night is nice with the skyline. The 1 set of elevators takes hotel staff to explain as they lock out the room floors so it only goes from ground to rooftop at night - not sure as to the exact time this happens. A separate set of elevators can access the rooms. Easy check in & check out, friendly staff. Our AC shut off during the night and we woke up to 28*C room. It’s an eco-friendly hotel.
Best coffee in Florence at the hotel cafe shop! We really enjoyed the nice mornings on the patio with a coffee.
