"The views from everywhere in this hotel are undeniably beautiful. However, the rooms and general upkeep are mediocre at best. The food is absolutely horrendous and overpriced. At this price point, we expected much better. Would not recommend."

"The location of the property was great but the room wasn’t very clean with dust bunnies and dead bugs. The property claims to have a 24 hr bus shuttle to and from the Catania airport but it doesn’t exist. You have to call a taxi to get to the airport. There was only a thin sheet on the bed so I had to use towels for additional warmth. "

"Service was sublime. Paolo, the GM, greeted us at our car and had 2 staff members ready to take the car and bags so we did not have to park in the tiny streets. Elena and Paolo shared excellent recommendations throughout our stay. We were welcomed with a glass of prosecco on the rooftop bar and a guide to Taormina and how to see the sites. "The setting of this hotel is amazing! The view of the bay down below was breathtaking-taking! We could easily walk into the town of Taormina. The complimentary prosecco on the terrace was a delight! Would highly recommend!"

"Beautiful view of Isola Bella from property. Hotel is very dated, but clean and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Know that you are not near the center of Taormina and must take cable car to get to it."
