"Loved the property. Very Clean. Staff was friendly.
The only issue we had was the parking gate. It never worked for the 5 days we were there. We would have to use the call button to get buzzed out and sometimes that call button the recording would say “the line is currently busy” and no one would pick up. This happened several times. The gate issue needs to be addressed. We watched multiple people have issues with the gate and getting out of the parking area so this just wasn’t us.

"The property is currently undergoing renovations and there are construction workers working/noise during the day. The Casita we stayed in had just been renovated. It was nicely done, the new upgrades like the TV and furnishing added a nice touch to the overall experience. We have stayed before and it’s the perfect place to relax and disconnect."

"I was so impressed by the hotel. We booked a suite overlooking the pool and were originally told that housekeeping was every other day, however, we were very happy to find that we had housekeeping services and fresh towels every day! The staff were all incredibly friendly and courteous. Would definitely book again!"
