"All of staff of this hotel were very kind and showed full of hospitality. I don't speak Chinese, thus I couldn't communicate with one of staff. However, the young guy prepared a translation app quickly and tried to understand each other through it. As a result, I could check-in thanks to him. This accommodation is located almost in the center of Xining City. You can find many restaurants around here. It was very convenient there is a bus stop within several minutes' walk to go to the Kumbum...

"Elegant and beautiful with superb service! We had a beautiful view of the park, the room was superbly appointed with anything you could want and the service was impeccable. Just pick up the phone and a robot will bring you extra soap or coffee pods! And the in-person staff were always friendly and professional. Old school (but totally modern) and highly recommended."

"Most of the advertised elements (spa, dining, conference rooms) are not completed yet or closed for repairs. Hotel was <5% occupied when we were there, and the limited staff were using the hotel for other commercial activities. We left after one night. We recommend avoiding this property. "
