"We had an upper floor newly renovated room so it was quite comfortable.
Property is close to ferry terminal so getting to Magnetic Island was a breeze
One gets special discounts etc upon signing up for the Casino so worth joining the club."

"We were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony which looked over Queen’s Garden and it is very close to the Brisbane Mall.
The room was old world and beautifully appointed. The staff were ever so helpful, you would not regret staying there."

"I was in a lovely apartment, lovely views etc. The problem, which ruined my stay was when the smoke alarm woke me up at 5am..stopped after 5 mins then woke me up again at 530 am. I thought there was a fire so left the building and didn't see guests on the street so I called the after hours number. The alarm in the apartment was so loud it could be heard from the street. Eventually the building manager showed up and I was told that sometimes the smoke alarm gets triggered by humidity etc. Too...
