"The hotel is unique with a lot of random things for little kids to do. It has a lot of potential, however our bathroom was very rusted and not very clean. We smelled numerous smells throughout the hotel and our room that weren’t pleasant. Along with strong scent from the pool. The ceiling tiles are poorly painted, and not even finished in some areas. The breakfast was decent, but frequently needed the juice refilled. Would be nice if they offered bacon. The arcade had a lot of games that didn’t...

"Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. One elevator and hot tub were out of service. Bring your toiletries and hair dryer. Overall, the property inside and out needs some love, but we would stay here again. You get what you pay for and the price online was acceptable."

"This hotel served its purpose as a place to sleep while traveling, but I don't think I'd choose it again. The exterior of the building is attractive and makes a great first impression. Unfortunately, that's where the positives largely end. The property is showing its age and is in need of maintenance and updating. The rooms felt tired, and overall the hotel could benefit from a refresh. Breakfast was included, but the dining area was absolutely overwhelmed with guests. Finding a place to sit...

"The air conditioning wasn't working in my original room and the person working the front desk quickly moved me to a different room. He was very sweet and helpful"

"It is a nice property. There was a small issue with the AC. It was very noisy and cooled the room very fast. That means that it was working loudly for a short time, turned off and started again and again. In addition, the room had a huge fridge that was also noisy. The breakfast area is very nice and the food was ok."
