They need some sort of signs in the kitchen area specifically, would cut down of the false alarms. People need to be told what not to do. Instructions for the washer would have been nice. "I was flying from Canada. As soon as I've landed in Gatwick, they called me to cancel my reservation stating they overbooked. I had to sleep on the floor at the airport with my 15 years old daughter as all the other hotels were fully booked. If I go back to Gatwick, I won't reserve with them. Bad experience. On another note, Expedia were there to help me. They've been in touch, contacted other hotels. They did everything possible to help me."

"Original grand building in a pleasant location. Poor value for money. Reluctant to check in early, despite agreed that we could to be able to attend a wedding on time. Disappointing view from Room 7 and 8 even though booking was made 7 months earlier. When this was mentioned to the staff at reception, we were told we had not paid extra for the view. "LANGSHOTT STATEOF MIND Tudor Licious is all I can say , as whilst recumbent in my hotel room in Cannes after an early morning flight . "This is an older guest house with limited facilities situated in a charming village just minutes from Gatwick Airport. There is no elevator or AC and the rooms are very small. In the room there was an electric kettle and provisions to make a cup of tea, no coffee. The staff was very helpful and carried my bags to the 3rd floor, The cab cost $23 from the airport. The village center is a 5 min walk with a variety of restaurants and shops. I had a one night stay, with a 20 hour layover, and...
