"Rooms were very good, large and clean. Service was friendly and helpful. The whole resort was lovely, plenty of water activities to do or just enjoy the peace and quiet. Food was excellent with plenty to choose from."

"I am from Bali and was not expecting Batam have beautiful ocean until I come to this property. My room was facing the ocean. It was emerald blue water and can be seen clearly. I wish i stayed for longer as this has been a long trip before i went back from Batam."

"The teepee was amazing, breakfast and dinner were both great, the waterpark slide and hydrodash were so much fun...no beach or hotel swimming pool but definitely a great atmosphere for families who like water activities and relaxing evenings."

"I love Marriott hotel. And when there is one, meaning it will be located in the best part of the town. It same goes to Four Points Batam. The hotel is really great addition to the town. It is clean and new. The neighbouring area is an interesting district to explore. It is in the heart of Batam :) "
