"Pros-the property and rooms were clean Staff members were professional, attentative, helpful, hard working and polite at all times Good quality of food and night shows (ABBA was spectacular!) Cons - the gym is small and lacks toilet facilities. Lack of designated spaces for smokers, therefore we were exposed to second hand smoking! Lack of recycle receptacles in rooms and throughout the property."

"Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Auswahl groß, sodass jeder etwas Passendes finden konnte. Allerdings würde ich nicht empfehlen, das Hotel am Wochenende zu buchen. Es ist dann leider viel zu überfüllt. Zudem haben sich einige einheimische Gäste nicht besonders rücksichtsvoll verhalten, was den Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Die kommen in großen Gruppen ! Meine Empfehlung: Wenn möglich, lieber unter der Woche buchen."

"Das Hotel liegt inmitten einer atemberaumenden Landschaft mit Blick auf den Le Morne Brabant. Alle Mitarbeiter sind äußerst höflich und das Frühstück bietet ausreichend Auswahl. Man merkt jedoch in den Zimmern, dass das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Dennoch war unser Zimmer immer sauber und wurde täglich zweimal aufgeräumt. "Overall, we had a mixed experience during our 2 week stay. Positive: Good and large breakfast buffet. Resort facility looks nice and is well groomed. Very nice beach area. Calm and private, tidy, with a lot of beach chairs. Staff: Usually very nice and tries to be helpful (more below). Negative: Beds very hard and uncomfortable. "Das hotel war sauber, das Personal freundlich. Bei der Animation haben sie die Musikbox an den Pool gestellt und die Hotelgäste mussten zum Teil die Animation zu Aquasport auffordern. Im all inklusive Bereich waren nur ein Teil der Getränke abgedeckt, mittags zum Essen gab es weniger Auswahl. Aber das war okay, das hotel ist dementsprechend klein. "Die Sauberkeit auf dem Zimmer war Verbesserungsfähig. Unter dem Bett lag eibiges an Staub, auf dem Mamor des Waschtisches waren überall kalkablagerungen und Becherränder zu sehen. Das Essen war essbar, jedoch nichts besonderes. Lieber die Restaurants an der Straße aufsuchen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Preise für Getränke an der Bar hatten es in sich."
