"Apartment is fairly basic and has all the things needed. Location is good if you want to be in a quiet road within 20 min walk into old town city center. Good restairant nearby. Coffee shop with basic breakfast too. Parking is next to the apartment which worked well."

"Lovely room, friendly staff, great breakfast. Ideal location in old town. Only a slight moan was our room was at back of hotel overlooking side street with a couple of bars. It got a little bit noisy between about 2am and 5am with locals leaving bars."

"We loved the massage in the Spa. Room was beautiful but some of the towel hooks and other fittings in the bathroom need attention. The gym should be open in the morning and generally needs some love … it has bags of washing in one corner and broken plastic chairs in another."

We didnt get to use the spa or gym but on my next visit I will definitely check them out. The staff very nice, helpful, pleasant and full of information. "

"We found the hotel to be a good location, room was very clean. Staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful. Had a meal in the restaurant the food was good and ample portions. Airport shuttle was very efficient and very good service. Would happily stay again."

"Perfekte Lage, in wenigen Minuten ist das Zentrum zu Fuß zu erreichen. Haltestelle Bus Linie vor der Türe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für mich wurde ein Milchersatz und glutenfreies Brot besorgt, hervorragend !"

"We had a generally decent stay, with some definite positives and a few irritations. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded for free, which we appreciated. The location is very convenient and made getting around easy. The shower had good water pressure and didn’t leak. That said, there were some drawbacks. Annoyingly, there was no safe in the room, which felt like an oversight. Worst of all, 3 out of the 4 plug sockets stopped working;...

"The room was ok the beds were ok and comfortable. The beds were made but the sheet did not get changed after the first night. The bathroom towels were small they could have provided at least a bath sheet size as an option. No access to kettle or even hot drinks by the hotel. This was very difficult for me as I am used to having hot drinks and it was very cold outside. The shower panels were missing from the shower cubicle. I would have preferred a continental breakfast option with more...

"Overall the room is good. The bathroom has a lot of leaks. The shower has leaks around the door. The both shower hands are leaking. The carpetting needs to be washed."
