"Le viajero est bien situé à 10mn de la plage à pied. Le seul problème c est que c est un hostel fréquenté à 80% par des Israéliens qui ont un comportement vraiment mauvais. Ils parlent fort jusque 2h du mat ,crient dans les couloirs. L hôtel a mis en place des mesures pour faire respecter les règles. Je ne conseille pas aux femmes solos les dortoirs mixtes en tout cas pas à San Andres.Sinon le personnel est adorables toutes les personnes de la réception sont très gentils , toujours à l écoute....

"Eu adorei o hotel! A localização é ótima, frente a praia e onde tudo acontece, feira, lojinhas, restaurantes. O quarto é muito bom, espaçoso, cama grande, os amenities, além do normal shampoo e condicionador, contam com loção de corpo, lixa de unha e até mesmo kit costura. "Well you can only get food when your room is available and when you complain they are indifferent. The management is terrible especially maia fernanda at customer service she has no idea how to deal with customers. Also the food is very misleading they will say fruit in a puff pastry and it has ham, also the alfredo which doesbt have ham come full of it. And when you say somethinf they dismiss you. I have fixtures and video of the mistreatment vut im only allowed 400 characters"

"Excelente servicio, todo el personal fue siempre amable y servicial durante toda mi estancia. Recomiendo mucho hacer la visita al Cayo Acuario, que ya es incluida con el hospedaje. La comida muy buena y con una variedad razonable y buena."
