"The internet in the rooms was not strong enough so I was unable to remote and work from there. Only spot that had strong internet to work online was one corner of the restaurant downstairs. There was loud music playing next door all night so it was impossible to rest properly. Bathroom was awfully small, toilet was leaking, and ten hallway was super dark at the end where my room was located. There was a trash bin at the end of the corridor. "My husband and I stayed at Charleston Santa Teresa for six nights to celebrate my 40th birthday in early June 2026 and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel! From the welcoming and very helpful staff to the beautiful hotel and amenities and let’s not talk about the perfect location and comfy beds. We truly enjoyed our time in Santa Teresa and would highly recommend it to individual travelers, couples, and families. The pool/rooftop view is priceless!"
