"I stayed at this location for several nights. The staff was awesome, friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the A/C kept the room nice and cool. The rooms were older but mine was nice and clean. I plan to stay there again if I return to Yuma. One recommendation would be to cover the designated smoking areas. For the money - the motel is a great deal BUT some may not appreciate the clutter in certain areas and the severely worn-out furniture and overall appearance. Not to mention the Circle-K convenience store patrons who loiter in the adjoining parking lot. The room seemed to struggle to keep temperature during the night. But no other problems. King room spacious, with mini fridge, and single serve coffee/tea maker.
