"Staff was excellent and responsive when needed. Room was not as clean as I would’ve wanted. Sheets and bath towels were dirty. A little gross. No bath gel in shower but thankfully we had our own. Conveniently located in Tlaquepaque downtown area. 2 small blocks from the main attractions."

"I loved staying here! The staff was kind and helpful. It's a really close walk to the center plaza of Tlaquepaque. The room was clean and beautifully decorated in a way that embodied the culture and really made you feel immersed. When you get there, make sure you ring the door bell and someone will open the door. I was confused when I first got there because the door was closed and locked, so just FYI. Another thing that I didn't mind but something to be aware of, the Wi-Fi there isn't great so...
