"The staff was very friendly! Location was perfect for our trip destinations. But, for a hotel that said "recently renovated" on its main web page, the place seemed to need a little more love: the room was mostly clean. The paint/doors had scuffs from many guests. The AC was loud, but worked well. Tub had a few stray hairs in it and a ring of dirt near the faucet, which came up easily with a Clorox wipe I packed with me. "There was a funky smell to the room one night and they offered to bring up air freshener. It cleared by morning. Our tub didn’t feel particularly safe for showers. The tub sloped and there wasn’t much grippy coating left on the bottom for balance on a slippery tub bottom. Breakfast was ok but the ice machine was wicked loud if you sat by it."

"The sheets weren't cleaned properly and the hair from cleaning people or previous guest was still on the sheets. The shower drain was so clogged there was inches of water in tub that just sat. The air conditioner made an awful noise all night long. Usb chargers did not work and bedside lights dint work as well."
