Cari Hotel di Kabupaten Santa Cruz

"Great Hotel with great staff"

"The balcony was a bonus!"

"Pretty convenient location and a decent price compared with the astronomical price of many other options. Adequate parking and walkable distance to the downtown and plenty of dining options. I would stay again but would make sure my room was not immediately adjacent to the ice machine ( foot traffic of people getting ice) and the pool ( kids birthday parties etc not great if you’re trying to rest). Air conditioning was a bit loud tbh at least in my room - but on the plus side their wasn’t any...

"Pool in pics looks way bigger then the actual and not enough lounge chairs"

"Great place to stay"

"Very disappointing paying these kind of rates and no AC in the place. It was pretty warm when we got there. Had to get ready for a wedding and the room was warm. Went to turn on the AC on the thermostat. Thermostat said no AC."

"Quiet room on back side of building with great beds! There is not much room to store luggage though, and could use a love seat or something for more seating. Also the tub floor was 8" taller than the bathroom floor so getting out of the shower or bath is a fall risk - there were no hand rails to grab on to1"

"The property is beautiful. The location is great., so close to the entrance of Highway one and also so easy to get down to West Cliff Drive. The room was so nice and they do house cleaning every day and that’s just such a nice treat. Rebecca is awesome. It was really quite an enjoyable trip."

"Room adjacent to busy road and noisy."

"It seemed like it should be nicer. Like everything was just poorly maintained. Cracks in the tiles, chips in the paint, everything was just a little “broken”"
