"This was our 2nd visit to the hotel with our 3 year old. Clean room on arrival and room was cleaned every day new clean towels when requested, we took a spare absorbent sheet to put on our toddlers bed that was washed without being asked which was so kind, all staff very friendly, bar staff always happy to help, pool very clean and plenty of sun loungers all day so no need to go to the pool early in the morning to try and reserve sun beds. Lovely selection of food catering for all needs and...

"Food was much better than expected, great variety and all lovely. Great location and didnt have any issues with the noise. Our room on the 3rd floor was clean, tidy and felt refreshed. No issues with getting sunloungers. Pool clean and great. Bar staff attentive and friendly and entertainment team Eric and Tomas were brilliant, they got everyone involved and had so much fun!"

"Die Anlage ist atemberaubend, vorallem der View. Wir hatten leider kein Zimmer mit Meerblick, aber das nächste Mal werde ich eines buchen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal äußert freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Sunset-Bar. Das Frühstück ist sehr großzügig und sehr gut. Hier würde ich auch all inclusive nehmen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!"

"The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was basic and the views depending on the location can be nice. The food was also very basic, but had some highlights on theme nights. Overall the place is really meant for families with small children. The all-inclusive part was not worth it in my opinion, the wine was terrible, the sodas were mostly flat, and the liquor selection was not great."

"Our first apartment was roomy but dated, was glad to be all inclusive because we only had two hobs to feed us. The room was very dark and dismal due to the locality of the room but after I explained I felt claustrophobic the manager let us change rooms a couple of days later.
The entertainment during the day was rubbish, nowhere for the kids to play and I can only think they must be short staffed, from bar to outside activities, there are long waits at the bar and no imagination for fun stuff...
