The mail box was over flowing with mail, there was Xmas decorations still out. We are not happy at all."

"The staff was being trained, but everything took forever if someone was even there. Several times no one was even at the front desk. One of the ladies being trained had her own animal there and would stand and smoke right outside the door, it was not comfortable to even exit that door between the smoke and her dog. It was not very clean with trash overflowing and cigarette butts everywhere."
