"the apartment was on the 4th floor and there was no lift, so a hard walk up and down. No windows in the kitchen, lounge or bathroom, so cooking made the whole area very hot. AC in the bedroom was great but the mattress was extremely hard. however the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was great for the two night stay we had but I would not want to stay there longer. "

On arrival they had no record of our booking but I was able to verify booking by showing my booking details and receipt on my phone. They told us that we could have the booked room for one night only as it was booked for someone else for the second two nights.
