"the apartment was on the 4th floor and there was no lift, so a hard walk up and down. No windows in the kitchen, lounge or bathroom, so cooking made the whole area very hot. AC in the bedroom was great but the mattress was extremely hard. however the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was great for the two night stay we had but I would not want to stay there longer. "

"In August we booked for a 3 night stay in November as part of our honeymoon tour of SEnegal. We booked and paid for a superior double bungalow. On arrival they had no record of our booking but I was able to verify booking by showing my booking details and receipt on my phone. They offered us a basic cabin and this is what we accepted as we did not want to take the room...

"L’hôtel n’avait pas internet donc notre réservation n’est jamais arrivé. La chambre ne correspond pas au descriptif : pas de wifi, pas de réfrigérateur, pas de bureau, pas d.articles de toilette. Le petit déjeuner est basique : café, pain, beurre et confiture. Pour un jus c.est 1000 Fcfa"

"Disorganized check in. In spite of making reservations in mid May and phoning to confirm before arrival, we were told there was no room available. A vehicle took us to a substandard flea bag without pillows. We refused. Back at the hotel, communication was poor. Lots of loud arguments. Eventually they put us in a room. No toilet paper. AC failed within one hour. Could not sleep. We departed the next morning and sought other options. Very disappointed "

"The hotel was shock to me! Hotel is really basic and example aircondition didn't work. Restaurant was lousy and breakfast poor. I saw only 3 other guest there but don't wonder why. Hopefully first and last time there!"
