Cari Hotel di Shelby County

"The staff was awesome. The only complaint I had was the room wasn't clean dirt not vacuumed not dusted and the tub was wet like it had been used. Beds and pillows were not comfortable."

"Great stay!!! Enjoyed the duck march and staff very professional and responsive to every need. Would highly recommend"

"Our check in lady was incredible, super friendly and helpful. She greeted us warmly whenever we passed by, like a brand new friend. Unfortunately, the other front desk staff were not as friendly or helpful. Maybe they have too many other responsibilities because it seems their focus was not on the customers. We took advantage of the $10 breakfast, which was very nice and great value. Great price for breakfast which included cooked, bakery and cereal items. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"It was a nice and clean room. The hotel staff were nice and the whole environment was great."

"I loved having a large space with comfortable furniture, TVs in both the living room and bedroom, a washer/dryer and a full kitchen. The parking felt secure in a garage below the building. The frequent messages regarding check in, check out, parking made the experience stress free and easy. Suggestions for restaurants and things to do were an added bonus. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again."

"We stayed here to attend a Memphis Grizzlies game. The hotel is close enough to the Fed Ex Forum to walk. I did not feel unsafe at all. The hotel was clean. Room was very spacious. The staff was all wonderful. I definitely recommend this hotel."
