From the moment you walk in to the hotel the staff greets you with the utmost respect. Although their english is very limited, they use translation tools to assist you in every way that they can. "久米島にペットを連れて行く際、いつも利用させていただいています。 今回初めて、部屋が砂っぽくざらついており、裸足で過ごす事ができませんでした。 それが残念でした… スタッフの方は皆さん対応が良く、笑顔で出迎えてくれました。 24hコンビニがあり、いつでも利用出来るので助かりました。 次回、久米島に行く際も利用する予定です。"

"ダイビング目的。 梅雨入りしあいにく滞在中はずっと雨。初日夜数時間曇りに。 寝るだけなら狭いけど清潔感があり良い。 夜に曇りになり、テラスにあるバスタブからのゆったりお湯につかれたのは、とても静かで落ち着き癒されました。 洗濯機も200円で利用しましたが乾燥機はないです。 蚊が沢山いるので、虫除けスプレーが宿に置いてありました。助かりましたが、部屋にも蚊が入ってきてしまいかまれましたが仕方ないですね。 ハナムロのスタッフさんが色々と親切にしてくださり助かります。 チェックアウトの日、雨が酷く出歩けなかったのですがチェックアウト時間をフェリー時間まで延ばしてくださり、部屋にいる事ができました。こちらも大変助かりました。ありがとうございました！"

"The staff was very nice, gave me some local recommendations even without me asking! Not a fan of the whole guest house experience, but it's nice to have a private room at least. Kinda feels like, as the name suggests, i'm just in someone's house and didn't like how i had to walk by people to go to the restroom l"

"Parking was close and convenient especially due to rain. Room was clean and had the convenience of a suite with all that you need for a long stay. Beautiful view of the ocean! Renting the additional pots and pans, rice cooker, chinaware and utensils was very reasonably priced. I only wished it had more closet, or shelf space. So we wouldn't have to live out of our suitcase. Staff were very kind, accomodating and very helpful. We would love to stay there again!"
