"Truly a beautiful beachfront property - the beach, the pool, the restaurants, all lovely. The room was also spectacular and had an incredible view. Great staff, the shuttle was helpful. Great stay! The only thing I would say is that the hotels of the hallway and certain areas of the hotel feel "older," -- carpets, older walls and ceilings, laminate floors in the lobby area. But the rooms themselves are fantastic and the pool and beach are just 10/10."

Good size and renovated rooms ,Staff are very professional and very helpful; 10 minute walk from bus terminal and 20 minute walk to beach promenade. Many restaurants close by. "Our stay at the Atlantis was excellent. From the concierge staying in touch for our room, the front desk helping with our bags, room service fast and courteous, and our room had magnificent views, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Our dinner at Nui was excellent with wonderful service. The only suggestion I would make is to upgrade the fitness center a bit and the decor could use a refresh but otherwise I would come back again anytime! Truly amazing experience."

"The hotel is good but has no atmosphere the staff don’t go out of their way to make your holiday enjoyable. It’s just a job to them. I wouldn’t stay there again even though the accommodation was good it was just unwelcoming to us. Breakfast typically Italian nice choice of cold meat and cheese and sweets. There was no directory to contact the front desk or housekeeping when we ran out of toilet paper we tried 0 and 1 no answer definitely the staff need to brighten up and show some enthusiasm."
