"I really wanted to give this hotel 5 star, but I simply can’t! The majority of the hotel is perfection and it was an absolute luxury having three days there… the pool itself is a wonder with the view to mount Etna, and so is the restaurant next door to the pool which overlooks the water. One issue was the rooms. We were give a nice room but the electricity didn’t work. An electrician came and after 20 mins of waiting, it was back on. But then it broke again the next day and we were once again...

Our room was beautiful and offered a stunning view overlooking the bay. Waking up to the sunrise and falling asleep to the soothing sounds of the sea right from our room was such a special experience. The concierge team was also fantastic, helping us easily arrange excursions and transfers....

"Wonderful hotel, in a wonderful location. The hotel is magical, and the Staff were outstanding. Everything about our room was perfect and the breakfast was delicious. The food from the restaurant wasn't to our liking, however this didn't affect our stay. I would recommend having a car to explore as there is nothing much within walking distance, however the hotel is so beautiful you may not want to go anywhere else! "

"Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and a really enjoyable start to the day. Our room—with the terrace view—was absolutely stunning and a highlight of the stay. The hotel ended up being our favorite of the entire Sicily trip. Valet parking was seamless and very convenient, which made everything feel easy from the moment we arrived. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and special—definitely a place we’d return to."

"The staff is very nice. Our room smelled funny. It was pretty hot in the room one of the days. We thought maybe it was because it was hot. We tried to turn the air conditioning on, but they have the air-conditioning shut off. The only option was heat. They told us to open the window. We were right by the street so that really wasn’t great but it was the only option. We realized the problem is actually that the bathroom smelled funky. If we kept the bathroom door closed all the time the room...

"All the staff was really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and each time I came they had lots of delicious things, not just the typical American Breakfast. The waiters knew me and brought my cappuccino with a smile. The front desk is super helpful and kind. Very clean facilities. The wellness center is really affordable and has good services. "The staff and daily breakfasts were exceptional! Great location, not in the heart of the noise, but still close enough to everything. If you can, upgrade rooms. Ours was quaint and quiet with a private patio, but also very dark and not very charming. "
