"Strand nicht sehr gepflegt sehr steinig, der Pool war Sandig und wurde nicht sehr oft gereinigt. Der Allgemeinzustand des Hotels ist etwas in dir Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war okay aber nichts besonderes. Zimmer waren sauber. Allgemein war es in Ordnung mehr aber auch nicht. Meiner Meinung nach zu teuer für das was es am Ende ist."

"A marvellous stay— the attention to detail and customer service is bar none. Location superb by the beach which was private and access to cliff jumping and swimming which my teens relished. We also enjoyed the complimentary boat tour along the bay and the convenience of the shuttle into town via their sister resort. Superior quality rooms and food and amenities. Absolutely gorgeous property and cannot miss if visiting Taormina. 1000/10."

"Really nice stay at the Grand Palladium Sicilia. I will say that some of areas of room could do with updating. Some of the wardrobes had stains on. The food was excellent! A la carte restaurants were all fantastic and there was such a vast amount of choice and variety in the buffet with a different themed cuisine each night. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and the animation team did a brilliant job throughout the day and night. Would highly recommend!"

"Posizione strategica per raggiungere le mete più gettonate. La vista è spettacolare, specie dalla sala principale dove è presente una vetrata unica che si affaccia sul golfo. La piscina a sfioro con quel panorama non ha eguali! Camere moderne. Unico appunto è che non ci sono ripiani sufficienti per riporre i vestiti. Per il resto mi è piaciuto tutto."

"The hotel is very dated and needs to be refurbished as quick as possible, the rooms are very old with broken doors also in the bath the anti-slip has completely gone which made the bath very slippery, also the cleaning stuff never replenished the bar or washed the cups, there was no milk no tea bags, sugar or coffee. The door to the balcony was very dangerous if you went onto the balcony alone you would be locked out. Also the bar facilities around the pool were very bad. They had nothing for...

"La struttura è davvero bella e ben tenuta. Le proposte di attività da fare all’interno e all’esterno del resort sono molto ricche e interessanti e ben erogate. "Overall an excellent stay. Our suite (with a private pool) was modern, clean and comfortable - most critically with a soft bed (italian beds are usually so hard) and effective but quiet aircon (so you could have it on all night). At the pool there are comfy sunloungers and we always had brand new fluffy pool towels. The main pool was usually very busy - but not an issue for us as we camped out at the adults pool. "We loved the Costa Ragusa Borgo it was brand new, the room was spacious and contemporary. The service was fantastic for the buffet and the restaurants, everyone was always so eager to help. If you have kids - use the kids club, the staff is super professional! The beach was hands down amazing! So clean and clear, you can wade in forever with barely a wave. My only recommendation would be to change the towels more often ( house keeping needs some work) and the night entertainment needs some...
