"Had a wonderful stay at PARKROYAL on Beach Road.
The hotel is comfortable and in a very strategic location, but what stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality from the staff.
A special thanks to Vicky, who was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond in explaining the transportation options in great detail, making our trip around Singapore much easier and more convenient. Service like this truly makes guests feel valued.
Highly recommended!"

"The front desk staff was very friendly and welcome us with an upgrade due to my husband birthday. The hotel also arranged for cake and sweets to be delivered to the room which delighted us. Nice gesture. It was great that the mini bar is free as well. . The slight comment i have is the shower bath, the tiles are yellow n looks mouldy. Dont really like the sight. Rest of the room was great. Breakfast was average as i feels that the items on semi buffet should be warmer, some are abit cold and not...
