"Hilton flamingo with a great stay. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They would text me every single morning to check on me and make sure I was OK and to check and see if we needed anything. It was great having a view of the pool and the ocean. The beach was very clean. The pool was kept very clean and neat, landscaping was beautiful. I just wish their bar stayed open a little bit later, but we had a great time at the Hilton flamingo."

"The room was very clean and well kept. Staff was wonderful. The manager (Alexia) was great, unbelievable and eager to answer all the questions related to the property to make guests/customers feel comfortable. Kudos to her! Shanay, the front desk person is great. I was welcomed with a welcome note by Shanay. That’s nice of her and that really shows how she cares about customers. Kudos to her. And finally, Joyce (the cleaning lady), she’s wonderful, incredible. She kept the room clean and paid...

"I had high hopes for this resort, but unfortunately it was a disappointing stay. The only real highlight was the ocean view from the balcony, which was absolutely beautiful.
The room itself was in poor condition and clearly needs maintenance. The bathroom had rust around the toilet hinges, mold and grime around the shower, a broken shower faucet handle, and deteriorating caulking around the sink mirror. The jacuzzi tub was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time....
