"The rooms were very clean, the lobby is beautiful and clean. The washcloths and sheets were scratchy though. If you stay in the B building, the hills are very steep to walk up to the building. The entire complex is huge and it takes a bit of time to figure out how to walk to places. there are numerous pools and bars. most of the staff were nice but some staff seemed uninterested and were just doing their jobs. The mexican restaurant was very good. The beach was great and the water was perfect....

Upon our arrival, we found that our television was not working correctly and requested someone fix it so that we could watch television on the rare occasions that we were in the room. That request took almost an entire day to resolve. The only reason why we had a working television is because the woman from the front desk came with us to our room and fixed that for us. "Beautiful hotel, the pictures online don’t do it justice. Room was very spacious and exceptionally clean. The pool and beach were wonderful. Even though we didn’t pay for an ocean view room, we got a partial view still. Easy to park with our rental car. Overall 10/10, would come back again."

"The property was kept in excellent condition. Staff was so welcoming and so helpful which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel we found was far away from most popular places to visit which is what we didn't like about the place. You definitely need a car to drive to places. The restaurants inside the hotel were priced too high that we left to dine out."

"Every was brilliant, ideal location for all restaurants, beach, bars and nightlife. I was only a little disappointed thwt we had to change rooms on the last night. The change only was seamless. The food was very good too. Enjoyed my trip to town, the was organised by a local jewellery store, should have been warned ahead of time as they are keen for you to buy things on there shop which took up a bit of the time we had. Apart from that excellent hotel."

"What a gem to have found this place!! I’m at the age where I don’t want the crowds, just a peaceful stay, with great views and can maneuver easily to where I need. This one had it! The grounds are maintained really well. The way the rooms were designed, you don’t have to look into someone else’s space right next door to you. The private balcony had a table/chairs and a lounger.. Perfect for the family! And the view was amazing!! The unit was spacious and clean and my party of 3 had plenty of...
