"Great place to say"

"Let’s start with some of the staff, especially in the buffet restaurant the attitudes with some of them I don’t know if they hate their job then I was limited to be able to access the gym only from 7 AM to 10 PM. The food was horrible breakfast buffet was the only half decent thing. they need to shut down that Italian restaurant they served me a piece of grouper. It tasted like they dumped the whole bottle of salt on it."

"The property was in a great location the aesthetics of the property were great. It was very close to the beach and central to town However, the elevator wasn’t working at times, nor the stairs and the concierge were not accommodating in regard to setting up any excursions or other activities as was advertised in the website."

"Negative points : the staff is not friendly enough as they should be.the receptionist changed my money with reluctance though he could do it fast and easily! The check in is 4:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM !!!!!! Why ? You hotels are bringing the check out time earlier and the check in time later ??? We have to do something to stand against you ! I will tell all my friends not to choose your hotel because you are oppressing your guests! The lobby doesn’t have AC ! Positive points :The room...

"Had a great stay. The staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was more than enough and good quality. The location was perfect, and the beach was calm and clean."

"Nice property however if you didn’t rent a car and you plan to hang out and explore I wouldn’t stay here because it is so far away from everything else. But if you rented a car or you just plan to stay in and relax this is the place for you"

"Staff were very helpful especially the ones at the front desk very informative . The ones at the bar were not so nice did not want to assist much we were sitting by the pool and ordered they told us they not coming over there we would have to back over for our drinks which I thought was crazy .went early in the morning there was one guy in a blue shirt we try to get information about calling a taxi he brush us off like nobody’s the housekeeping was very polite ."
