"The property was exactly what the pictures showed. The view was ok was able to see the pool and the ocean from the room. Over all I would recommend. Please look into cleaning prices prior to arrival they charge you as soon as you arrive depending on your room and the room damage fees as well. "

"Beautiful, well maintained property with great location and amenities. Staff were friendly but seemed to lack training. However, rooms have no soundproofing with screaming kids, squealing chair legs across the tile floors, people pounding on doors and karaoke/reggae music playing all day and all night with rock hard mattresses that were so uncomfortable I got very little sleep and woke up in pain everyday "

"Ils manquaient beaucoup de choses à notre arrivée (cafetière grilles pain chaudron essuie mains etc.) il n’y a aucun condiments. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude dans nos 14 jours. La piscine c’est agréable, musique d’ambiance et bar, toilette à la piscine très propre. Le personnel est vraiment gentil ils essayent de nous accommoder du mieux qu’ils peuvent. "It was a quick book and check in was smoothly. The gave me fresh towels and wash rags everyday. Cleanliness of the room was 3/10 the sheets had stains on them also the curtains. The fridge was making animal like noises every 15mins. It was just a room for sleeping I couldn’t really get comfortable. The location is AMAZING!!! It’s right next to everything I walked to most of my reservations."

"We have had another wonderful stay at Princess Heights Luxury Hotel. We were there for 12 days and we love the location. We had the ocean view to wake up to every morning which was amazing and lovely to sit on the patio to wake up slowly. Very quiet location, attentive staff, good restaurants within driving distance. Dawn Beach is close to walk to but small. We were lucky to see some monkeys while there also. We highly recommend this location, however, you do need a car or use a taxi to get...

"Room a bit old for the price and little mold in the shower. Air condionning extremely noisy. Otherwhise, the room was big and clean and the pool area was nice and clean as well."

"The property is amazing and true to the pictures. Check in was seamless. The only issue we had was our key fob didn’t work one night and we was lock outside out unit until the property manager arrived which took quite some time. "
