"Paul provided some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. He was neither welcoming nor pleasant during check-in, which made for a poor first impression. The room itself was spacious and mostly clean, but the tub had dried soap residue and clearly needs to be replaced because the paint was peeling. There was also a very strange smell in the room. On a positive note, Makeeba was absolutely welcoming and pleasant. She checked me out with a smile and made me feel appreciated and welcome."

Situé en pente, en flanc de montagne donc tenir compte qu’en plus de l’ascenseur il faut descendre environ 3 etages pour aller à la piscine ou au bureau. La plage en bas est pleine d’algues, ça ne sent pas tellement en hauteur… mais bon 37 plages sur l’ile alors ce n’est pas tellement un problème"
