"Excellent location - walking distance to Old Town and added bonus most Day Tours pick up at the City Hotel. Rooms somewhat small, were clean and good facilities, including a refrigerator. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast very extensive and well presented. In house bar menu, while not extensive, the food was excellent and good value, especially if you needed a break from going out to local restaurants. Overall excellent hotel and good value for money."

"Loved the hostel vibes well having an affordable private room that was super cozy. I did have to get a second pillow as only one resulted in a tweaked neck but I was given one very quickly after asking the front desk!"

"My wife and I travelled with our 7-month-old at the start of October. The hotel is well renovated inside and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was solid with a good variety of options. Room service was fairly average and quite expensive for what it was, although that's often the nature of hotel room service. The pool complex is fantastic for a hotel of this calibre and we really enjoyed spending time there. The only slight issue was an unpleasant smell around the upper pool level. Staff were...

"This is a very thoughtfully planned out hotel. Especially in the guest rooms, which have everything a traveler needs to be comfortable and organized during their stay. The location is a few miles from the city center, but the excellent bus service made it very easy for me to get back and forth from the city center in about fifteen minutes. I dined in the restaurant a few times and the food was very good. The breakfast buffet was absolutely outstanding with a huge choice of foods that should suit...

"My family and I have a great time at this hotel. This is the best hotel in Ljubljana. It is perfect for travelling with your family. The breakfast has great selections and tasty. You can enjoy the breakfast at the highest floor with great views. The staff and managers from the hotel and restaurant are very professional and helpful. The team truly reflects the General Manager’s, great characters and leadership. They truly cares about his guest satisfactions. This hotel is luxurious and has great...

"It’s cheap if your a bloke needing a roof over your head for the night it ll do the job but don’t expect much though but for the area good price"

"I booked a room with Air conditioning, but Hotel decided to shut it down. I expected to have it when I stayed for 2 nights. Staff said we could open window instead and it should be the same… if I would have been informed of this unilateral change in my booking, that they decide for me if I should use A/C, then I would have booked a different hotel. Instead I opened the window, still it was not cool enough, the neighbours where smoking and smoke came in our room during our stay, I got multiple...

"Nice hotel with a wonderful restaurant ."

"Very noisy rooms. You are given a passcode for your room rather than a key. So whenever anyone comes home you can hear the beeping of the keys to the passcode then the doors slamming. Felt more like a ‘hostel’ vibe. No fridge / telephone / tea making facilities in the room. Clean but basic. Good location for town though and supermarket across the road."

"Esperienza fuori dal comune, panorama emozionante. Anche se espressamente indicato nella descrizione dell’albergo, sottolineo la necessità di percorrere circa 800m di sentiero in salita per raggiungere la cupola dalla struttura centrale."

"A very comfortable hotel right next to the bus station which is handy for getting around and a cheap way of getting to and from the airport. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate with plenty of choice and a terrace if you wanted to eat outside. The staff were friendly and efficient. I would happily stay here again."
