"The staff were extremely accommodating. We had travel issues and arrived a day late. Our room was still available even though this was graduation time and all hotels were booked. The bathroom shower could use some TLC and a thorough cleaning. Breakfast the first morning was sparse as I don't think they were ready for so many guests. The pool, hot tub, and fitness center were great. The location was very convenient to the interstate making it easy to see the Seattle area."

Gadd- pool was dirty (they had someone cleaning it the day we checked out) washing machines were stinky and needed to be cleaned out. Didn't like that there was a parking fee of $8 per night even if you were parking off site."

"Lady at front desk was polite. They placed a $100 incidental charge on my credit card, not a big deal but i prepaid for the room and all they need to do is tell you at the time. Breakfast is cereal, toast and bagels, oj, some bananas and yogurt. Room was mediocre. Some rough spots but okay overall. Note: the building is modest and located in a rear parking lot behind a Dennys which isn't clear from the photos online. For the same price there are nicer hotels nearby."

While the staff was friendly and helpful during our stay, we found the room to be quite cramped for our small family of three. These are primarily outside access rooms (more like an apartment or motel-style), which means there is no elevator access. "This hotel is overall a good, solid choice for a stay north of Seattle. All the amenities are there: breakfast, pool, exercise room, laundry, and several stores within walking distance. But a few cons worth noting: housekeeping is about a 4 out of 5 (attention to detail is lacking), and the hotel's entrance forces you to make a right turn when you leave which can be tough when traffic is busy and there is a railroad crossing nearby, which backs up traffic.
