"This was a great place to stay as we passed through Fukushima. The staff were very friendly and helpful even though our Japanese was not great. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. There is also a free drinks machine in the lobby, which was a great touch. The breakfast buffet was also wonderful and I'd highly suggest trying it out. Parking is on-site, and was ¥1,000 during our visit in September 2026. Would highly recommend this place to anyone else!"

"函館駅前からは少し距離がありました。 駐車場への入り口、宿の玄関口が分かりにくかったです。旅館自体が大きいので、団体客などうるさいと感じる場面もありましたが、温泉はとても良かったです。 今回エクスペディアで追加500円で朝ごはんバイキングを追加しましたが、朝からたくさん食べれてとても良かったです！"

"It's a lovely location surrounded by nature, including a river flowing over rocks and falls that can be viewed from the outdoor baths. The hotel itself was fine. The room was large, its view was good. The only complaint is about the room safe. It was too complicated: neither my partner nor could set the lock in the 4 seconds demanded. I've stayed at various hotels and inns all over Japan for 46 years, and I never encountered such a ridiculously complicated room safe. We couldn't use it."
