"The staff at the Old Mill are really friendly and helpful. The Italian restaurant is pleasant with a nice outlook next to the canal and the food is nice. The breakfast is basic continental but perfectly adequate. The location is good only a 10 minute walk to the canal that takes you all the way in to the centre of Bath and is a lovely walk. Our room at the Old Mill was perfectly fit for purpose however is in need of some decoration. It could have been cleaner, we found cobwebs over the bedside...

"We had twin beds & I had a double quilt cover on mine it had such a big hangover I kept getting my foot stuck in it. They didn’t clean our room on the Sunday for some reason? We managed using our towels twice & making our beds. We had to keep calling down for more coffee & sugar, coffee machine didn’t work one day seemed it was full of expired coffee caps, wile doing it he spilt some coffee over the bin onto the floor & just left it !! On the first day we needed help with air conditioning....

"Arrival at the hotel the reception area is beautiful with a lovely aroma to greet you. Staff found our booking easily & checkin was good. Disappointed initially to find out the cocktail bar is closed on the 2 nights that we had booked to stay, didn’t see this on the website. "Beautiful hotel, convenient location, friendly staff. One thing I will say is that it was rather unpleasant that we needed to walk through the dining room to get to our room and there was no elevator/lift to get there. This made it challenging with all of our luggage to carry up and down the stairs."

"Have stayed here before. Great to have accessible parking near the hotel on arrival. Staff really attentive and helpful at all times. Delicious breakfast with lots of choices. Handy bus stop into the centre of town so taxis not needed. Always an enjoyable stay."

"The only thing that let this stunning place down was the pool!! Cracked tiles, uneven serfice could of fallen and broken your leg on the outside pool terrace ( not even joking) far to small outdated and BADLY needs a revamp, went twice to get a sun bed there wasn’t any, loads out the back stacked up broken Come on guys a beautiful place like this, the grounds are to die for, Absolutly stunning Sort the dirty grotty pool area space out Only reason why wouldn’t stay again"

"Hotel is room was fair, however there were makeup stain on the dress gowns. Reception staff could have been better, as they weren't very helpful when we asked for directions to the hotel restaurant.
