"Staff was very helpful especially Jessica at the front desk. Parking is not ideal…pool was excellent as well as the gym. "

"The day we arrived we were treated to a wine and cheese reception which was very nice. There was both a hot and cold breakfast which was very nicely presented and delicious. Coffee was made to order. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were small but we made do. The friendly atmosphere and the great location made up for it."

"Beautiful location and the views of the river were stunning. Room was good and spacious with a great few of the river which really made up for everything else. Staff seemed to be a little unhelpful when it came to breakfast as we had no clue where to go, if we were to help ourselves or not.. we just got on with it in the end.. and there was limited options really. Value for money .. I would say it’s alittle over priced for what you get. You pay £30 deposit on top of what you paid for the room...

"Great Hotel, perfect location for getting around down town. We had a vault room and were very pleased with the amount of space and quality of the fixtures. The bed was very comfortable and had USB sockets for charging, very important for US travelers so we don't need a UK adapter. If I was staying longer, I might like a more comfortable sitting chair for TV, but it wasn't an issue this time. The only issue was we didn't realize until morning, that we didn't have caffeinated coffee for the...

"The location is ideal – right in the city centre. Excellent breakfast. The hotel has its own large paid parking for £17 per day. The rooms are a bit dated. Outside, it was extremely hot during our trip. The room's built-in air conditioning, despite being set to the lowest possible setting (+18°C), was blowing hot air. The windows wouldn't open, making it impossible to sleep."

"We always stay in the Future Inn when we visit Bristol. The main reasons for staying there are the proximity to Cabots Circus and the parking is paid for you by the hotel. We have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. This time we noticed little cut backs, such as no free bottle of water in the room, instead there is a carafe that you can fill yourself from the machine in the corridor. No big deal, just noticed it. And no biscuits on the tea tray. And no amenity kit in the bathroom....
