Complimentary wine and cheese for loyalty membership. Again very good but if you need room space it’s different. If I had been traveling alone this would not matter"

"We had twin beds & I had a double quilt cover on mine it had such a big hangover I kept getting my foot stuck in it. They didn’t clean our room on the Sunday for some reason? We managed using our towels twice & making our beds. We had to keep calling down for more coffee & sugar, coffee machine didn’t work one day seemed it was full of expired coffee caps, wile doing it he spilt some coffee over the bin onto the floor & just left it !! On the first day we needed help with air conditioning....

"My room wasn’t ready when I arrived and had to wait until 4:15pm for my room with a child and health issues after lengthy traveling. Not enough trowels in the room. Air conditioner in the room broken. Reception Toilets messy with no toilet paper in them. Breakfast a massive disappointment. They are basically trying to save money on everything and it make it unpleasant for the paying customer."

"Have stayed here before. Great to have accessible parking near the hotel on arrival. Staff really attentive and helpful at all times. Delicious breakfast with lots of choices. Handy bus stop into the centre of town so taxis not needed. Always an enjoyable stay."

"A terrible hotel which I will never visit again. The parking permit they provided did not work at the time of exit and I ended up paying around 60 pounds from my pocket. Despite sending repeated emails with the receipts, no response or refund yet!"

"On arrival I was asked for my ID or credit card in the name I booked under. I purposely didn't bring any as I was in Bristol and there are certain cities I don't bring ID to - Bristol is one. I paid in advance to avoid needing to bring ID or the credit card. I had my booking number and email confirmation. I was told when checking in I needed evidence of my ID. "Great view from room, friendly helpful staff, air con was great. Bed comfortable. Room was good. No major complaints. If I wanted to be picky fridge in room not very cold and not enough coffee and sugar in the room. Apart from that I definitely recommend and I will return again."
