"This was our 4th visit to the thatch cottage and ppossibly the last.
1. Arrived at 3pm as on booking form door lockked all in darkness no one around.
2. 5 pm a lady turned up unlocked and let us in and booked in and showed us to the room, told us breakfast times but no evening meals on monday or tuesday. Room was ok
3. Went for breakfast next morning in darkness,only one cereal bowl no plates for toast no tea or coffee or milk ,no one around to ask,found plates and bowl in kitchen,butter had...

"Lovely hotel. Check in was excellent, very fast, friendly and efficient. Even had gluten free cookies on arrival.
Room was immaculate, great bed, air con, shower, coffee machine and tea making facilities. In an excellent location for Temple Meads and harbourside. Absolutely A1 experience."
