I was not aware an airport shuttle was available at this hotel. Despite my room being nicely oresented and clean my stay was poor because, having an early flight the next morning I needed to sleep but as the sound proofing was non existent the guests simply walking in the room above me prevented me from sleeping...the noise was unbearable, I did not sleep at all and the bed was so hard I was forced to wrap the thin duvet around me for some comfort. There was no temperature control to the room either and I felt cold. All in all I wished I had not bothered to book my stay. I could not voice my concerns on the day because Reception is closed at 9pm

Staff & room was fine, however it is not the quietest place. Bring on the ground floor you could hear people walking above, which is not good when you are trying to get some sleep. The sound proofing is not the best.

The room was spacious and spotless. It had everything to make your stay comfortable. Plenty of extra pillows tea coffee and milk ironing board with iron.The room was lovely and warm which was great as it was freezing outside. There's an added bonus of being attached to a pub selling food as well all of which was reasonably priced. Its 15 minutes from Bristol airport which was great. We will definitely be staying again next time we fly from Bristol

We only stayed for one night. We had a really nice steak for dinner which was cooked to perfection. Had a bottle of wine each and took the remainder go the room where we settled down for the evening. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Had a full English breakfast and then sorted ourselves out for a 11am departure.

We had stayed at the Bridge inn last year as we had an early flight and it was lovely, nice room and comfortable and clean. So we booked again this year as we had another early flight to catch. The food was good, pub grub as you would expect. Staff were lovely and welcoming. The room we had was on the ground floor. It was in need of some major tlc. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were lumpy. But there was an underlying odour of damp and mold in the room. In the bathroom the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. It just wasn't a comfortable stay. We were very disappointed and I doubt we will book again in the future.

Hotel room was ok and served its purpose. The evening meal was not great. At breakfast a person nearby complained that he’d searched his plate and couldn’t find the sausage, at which point the young lad went over to his table to help him look 😂 Our scrambled eggs were inedible. Probably won’t book a Green King stopover again.
