"Fantastic hotel, staff all very helpful. Room was comfortable, clean & had a good hot shower. Was perfectly located for walking into the centre & also walking back from the royal crescent after Robbie Williams concert. "

"Lauren Phillips was the attendant or receptionist for the day at the desk and she was exceptionally wonderful with all her help. Went into the room looked for my childs toy where i explained it would be when i called to tell her we would return to collect the forgotten toy! She was not irritated or anything. So kind and helpful!"
