"Service was excellent. The criticisms were yoga was advertised but not offered due to season. Toilets do not flush well due to design, but not any fault of hotel. Current construction required extended entrance/exit out main door to access beach area instead of the shorter path gate. We found current bath/shower design modern but not very functional or ergonomic. Difficult ingress/egress and water spray from shower not easily contained."

I fell and unfortunately broke my arm on day one, but that wasn't the hotel's fault, just my clumsiness. "Location was unbeatable. The hotel is directly connected to the mall and also within walking distance of the Oranjezicht City Farm Market, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The whole surrounding vicinity felt safe, and the views from the hotel were stunning.
