Cari Hotel di Afrika Selatan

"Staff morale low and initiative and service was poor at times. Breakfast has deteriorated and not in keeping with 5 star service. Rooms need updating."

"Alles Super gelaufen und Stephan und sein Team waren sehr freundlich. Gruß Mayer "

"Breakfast and dinner were both delicious. Covered rooftop pool is small but warm in the middle of a bar/meeting up space. In the room there are limited plug ins and towel hooks, but the bed is comfortable and the mini fridge is a decent size. Staff were eager to help."

"Very nice team, quite, discret, available, very professional. Note: 20/20 The location is very nice with an amazing view of the surounding mountains and cliff. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night. We saw many animals on the way and around the lodge (monkeys, impalas, gnou, mangusts and a rare red deer) with a particular enjoyable wake-up when opening the curtains: a girafe standing and drinking in front of the terrasse at 6 am."

"The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms were very clean. Would stay here again."

"A very beautiful property. Everything that is expected of Taj group. Terrific breakfast and had a wonderful dinner at the Bombay brasserie"

"You will receive a big happy smile on arrival This is the perfect hotel for Cape Town it sits on the beautiful canal with Table Mountain above You will enjoy the 5 minute walk along the canal to the VA Waterfront"

"Excellent location. Walking distance to shopping and food options. Beach view from pool area."

"I and my family had a great experience at this hotel. Madalyne helped us with our airport transfer and answered all our questions even before we arrived. All of the front desk and restaurant staff were amazing. Our 2 room suite was awesome and the terrace on the 4th floor is a great place to relax in the evenings!"

"Great location with many restaurants and shopping nearby. We felt safe walking around the area day and night. Staff was helpful with assisting us in booking airport shuttles, tours and drivers to get around."
