The first did not have the view that we PAID for, the second's shower overflowed into the bathroom, could not be fixed, the third room’s bed was not clean. "They offered us an upgrade at check-in and we took the upgrade. They told us we would have a nicer view. The view was nice but everything else that’s included in the upgrade is not worth the money. The better breakfast is a lie. The breakfast is the same. The view from the normal breakfast is better than the view from the upgraded breakfast."
