"The hotel is beautiful and well situated. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is delicious as is the food at the restaurant for lunch and dinner. The excursion to Acasi is amazing."

"The property was well maintained and clean. The manager was helpful. The portal to invite guests was weird, it says you could, but you couldn't. Really nice pool and beach area. The bar and restaurant were not completed and during the day you could hear construction. All in all, really nice apartment and property."

"They gave a policy, if you have a guest it cost 60 dollars. I thought this meant an overnight guest or something. My son came to the hotel in the afternoon if his 18th birthday and I thought it would be ok if he the the ton for a minute. The gug beind the counter went nuts and ran to the elevator and he said by son couldn't go there unless I paid 60 dollars. I declined. Apparently the night security guard caught on to it so later that night he started lecturing me that he was ex police in...

"In much need of repairs and renovations. Debris in bathtub; water did not drain properly. The drawers were busted and do not close completely. Room had an odor to it and was not cleaned thoroughly. In spite of all this the hotel staff were wonderful."

"A acústica do hotel é ruim e os funcionários falam alto nos corredores e batem portas então se você tem sono leve, reconsidere. Alguns itens da cama estavam Manchados, cobertores velhos. Os funcionários da recepção são simpáticos e nos alertaram sobre algumas questões na rua."
