"Las instalaciones no están remodeladas, siguen con las mismas de hace 20 años. Se siente como un hotel old fashion pero lo que más me molestó es la manera y trato del personal de recepción y del restaurante. Groseros en su manera de hablar y de atender, se hizo dos peticiones para las cuales todas fueron con un NO y ni siquiera se tomaron el tiempo de revisar posibilidad. En fin hace años no me quedaba en ese hotel y definitivamente no volveré"

"The hotel has reduced the small but important details that it offered in the past. This is an actual comparison between our last visits to the hotel in 2017 and 2025: For instance, no complimentary water bottle at the room; no box of paper tissues, as in the past, only two small paper towels the first day and no more; no courtesy pen at the room, etc. This shows us that these "savings" policies have been implemented by the managenent giving the clients a poor assesment."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel twice. During my first stay, I was initially given a smaller room than the one I had booked and paid for. However, the staff were very helpful and, after I showed them the room type I had reserved, they moved me to the correct room the following day. Other than that, it was an excellent stay.
